Inspiration Space was born out of a desire to promote wellbeing and mindfulness practices.
Group events are held in the luxe studio. 1 on 1 coaching, therapies and whole-body red and infra-red light sessions are performed in the wellbeing rooms.

Does red light therapy work?

Yes, it does. Red light therapy is a science based on facts. When researcher's & scientists talk about Photobiomodulation (red light therapy), they don't ask the question, "does this work?" They answered that decades ago. Yes, it works.

How does red light therapy work?

The red and infrared red light penetrates through the skin into the body, the light energy is converted to cellular energy, stimulating the body's natural processes to heal and regenerate.

How long does it take for red light therapy to work?

It is an ongoing improvement that can be seen anywhere between 24 hrs and two months, depending on the condition, its severity, and the number of regular sessions.

How often can you use infrared light therapy?

We recommend three or more sessions per week. The more regular your sessions, the sooner you will experience more benefits. Sessions are 15 minutes under the red light, with 30mins allocated to each client. While the more frequent the sessions, the better the results. Increasing the length of individual sessions has not been shown to improve outcomes.

Is Infrared treatment safe?

This treatment is entirely safe and has no permanent side effects. The Red-light therapy generates little or no heat and emits no UV. For some, their skin can become slightly red after treatments because of increased blood flow and not because of burning.

Why are some lights not on?

Half of the lights are Near Infrared (NIR) light at 850nm, which is not visible to the human eye. Half of the lights are red lights that are visible to the human eye.
