As a woman and a leader, you spend a significant amount of time focused on others when you deserve a greater focus on yourself. Traditionally, the Autumn Equinox marks the completion of the harvest season, a time to honour the harvest and enjoy the fruits of your labours with gratitude and celebration. Many of us are not farmers, yet we can recognise the harvest of our intentions, goals and commitments, and this harvest may be healthy and abundant or may have met with misfortune. Each equinox offers us a moment of transition when we move from what has been to a space of new possibilities, purpose, and vitality. Around the world, many indigenous cultures understand the significance of changing seasons and their powerful liberation and insight. And together in our Equinox Women’s Circle, we create and hold a healthy environment for growth and change. Join us in a circle where we will tap into powerful insights and deepen understanding and connection. We Will Create a ritual and sacred space able to hold ourselves and each other. Gather in a circle, and set parameters for a safe, nurturing space. Ground our bodies, quiet the inner chatter, surrender to the present moment, calm the nervous system, and connect to a deeper understanding of self through guided meditation. Share the essence of our experiences, thoughts and feelings as they are in the moment if we choose. Have an honouring cacao ceremony to open the heart and all its wisdom. Gratitude circle to give thanks for our abundance and good fortune. Being in a circle with women moves us beyond the boundaries of our conformity and plants us firmly back in the place we belong, rooted and grounded in our powerful feminine nature. Able to know our dreams, live our values, and consciously shape our future. This is the great alchemy that gives significant meaning.
